    Overview

    Intellix Solutions is a proud 2017 recipient of the General Service Administration 8(a) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Service (STARS) II Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

    The 8(a) STARS II GWAC promotes small business utilization by allowing the federal government to purchase cost-effective, innovative solutions for information technology (IT) requirements through Government Acquisition Contracts.

    GWACs provide access to IT solutions that include but are not limited to: systems design, software engineering, information assurance, and enterprise architecture solutions.

    In addition, the 8(a) STARS II program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8.

    Prior to issuing orders under 8(a) STARS II, federal contracting officers are required to receive training on the use of the 8(a) STARS II contract and be granted a written delegation of procurement authority from the GSA Small Business GWAC Center. Training is offered at no cost via:
